Modern practical self-defence principles taught in a traditional martial arts club.
In addition to the governing body approved syllabus we also teach Jikishin Ko Budo syllabus,
Kata applications, ground-fighting; (including self protection on the ground), training for students wishing to compete in sparring, ground fighting, random attacks and kata.
Beginners always welcome, as well as those experienced in other styles.
